Ada was the daughter of Thomas Riley and Bertha (Kays) McGuire. She was the Cafeteria Manager at East LaVega ISD for 22 years until her retirement. She was also a member of Timbercrest Baptist church.
Ada was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Almer Earl "Red" Graves on August 29, 2004; and one brother.
Survivors include daughters, Debra Kohut and husband, Vernon, of Houston, Freida Laxson and husband, Doug, of Waco; sister, Lula Pearl Thompson, of Gainsville; brother, James McGuire, of Phoenix, Ariz.; grandchildren, Kristen and Lauren, both of Houston, Lettie, of Waco; and many nieces and nephews.
