He was born November 19, 1929 in the Township of Goodrich.
Bill worked in construction for Wilber Storm in Merrill for a period of time. He also helped on the Willie Faber farm as a farm hand for a period of time. Bill was well known in his community for his lawn care services. He enjoyed scratch-off lottery tickets, country music and old western movies.
He is survived by Half Brothers: Curt (Janice) Asleson and Randy (Lu Ann) Asleson both of South Dakota Half Sister: Marilyn Hunter of South Dakota Step-Sister: Judy (Bill) Hofer of Minnesota.
Preceeded in death by his parents Forest Allen and Helen Naomi (Nutting)Asleson, and brother and sister Gladwyn Asleson and Vivian Drager.
