John Wesley Hennage, 82, of Montross, VA, died Tuesday May 26, 1992. Mr. Hennage was a retired self employed building contractor, a member of the Colonial Beach Lodge #199 AF&AM, The Westmorland Royal Arch Chapter #41, Kinsale and the American Legion Post #252, having served as Commander and Finance Officer. He is survived by his wife, Mamie White Hennage; daughter, Catherine Hennage; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, at the Welch Funeral Home, Montross , VA. Burial was in Grant United Methodist Church Cemetary, Lerty, VA. The Rev. Eugene R. Hemphill officiated. Pallbearers were Les Sisson, Pete Hennage, David Hennage, Jack Hennage, Donald Jenkins and Eugene Jenkins.
