A. Anner McDowell Gibson was born in Starkville, Mississippi on June 10, 1929. She would marry the late Wilie Lee Gibson of Rock Hills, Mississippi. They would go on to have 6 children; Willie, Jr. Charles, Gary, Theodore, Patricia and Larry.
Anner was preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband and sons Willie, Jr. and Gary. He son Charles would only survive her by 6 weeks.
Granny as she was affectionaely called was the center of our strength. She was there for all of her children and grandchildren and was blessed to become a great grandmother of 5 before her death.
We will always love and miss you Granny.
