"Arch" was born on February 2, 1939 in Baltimore to William and Helen Allan. He married his beautiful, beloved wife Linda on January 3, 1961. Linda died on September 21, 2013. During their life together God blessed them with a beautiful family; a son, Jeffrey, and a daughter, Jennifer. Jeffrey and his wife, Mary, have 3 children: Ian, Abigail and Colin. Jennifer and her husband, Frank, have 3 daughters, Tiffany, Sara and Emma. There are also 2 great-grandchildren: Tyler and Lorraine. Arch and Linda are now together with the Lord, sharing His eternal blessings. A Mass will be celebrated at 11 am on Tuesday, November 25 at Saint Philip Neri Church, 6405 South Orchard Road, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090. Interment will follow at Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkins Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229.
