Garner of Ocala, FL; his sister, Michelle Rasberry of Magnolia, AR; his brother Lloyd C. Garner II of Tavares, FL and his sister, Glenda Barker of Corpus Christi, TX.

Further surviving are his nieces Summer Carson of Seattle, WA, Winter Chavez of Magnolia, AR, Pamela Allbright of Corpus Christi, Texas, Hope Wheeler of Corpus Christi, TX, Dana Collier of Corpus Christi, TX, Dallas Coy of Corpus Christi, TX; nephews Beau Stagner of Conway, AR, Greg Stagner of Magnolia, AR, Jerad Brown of Casselberry, FL, Lloyd C. Garner III of Lake City, FL, Caylon Garner of Tavares, FL, Jeremyah Garner of Tavares, FL, Jesse Clay of Corpus Christi, TX, seven great-nephews and five great-nieces as well as a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Lasseter Mangum and step-father, James A. "Butch" Mangum and his nephew Jeffery Blaine Garner.

Lawrence was creative director and head of research and development for 9 years at Zendavor Signs and Graphics. He proudly served his country from 1992 until 1995 before being honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held 10am Saturday, November 26, 2014 at WhiteRose Fellowship Church 505 S. Main St. in Bellevue, IL. with Rev. David Gruber officiating. Burial will be at a later date Winter Garden Cemetery, Winter Garden, FL.
