Georgianna C. Nennig, age 82, of the Felician Village, Manitowoc, died Tuesday, December 17, 1996, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 21, 1996, at the Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Father Roman Zbieranski O.F.M. with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
She was born October 6, 1914, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Frank and Catharine Yost Kaufmann. She attended schools in Manitowoc and graduated with the class of 1932 from Lincoln High School. She married Fred. P. Nennig June 5, 1948, in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death in 1977. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include two nephews, James and his wife Janet Spackman, Manitowoc, Harry and his wife Arlene Kasten, Milwaukee; one niece, Rita Kasten, Wausau; other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Fred, two sisters, Sylvia and Irene, and one brother, Frank.
Friends may call at the Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.
