Nan Denard Kilbourne died on September 28, 2014. She was a native of Pineview, Georgia, and a resident of Clinton, Louisiana.

She was a retired R.N., graduating from Emory Nursing School in Atlanta, Georgia. She was a member of the Garden Club of Clinton, the Daughters of the American Revolution (D.A.R.) as an active member of the Alexander Stirling Chapter, and the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her sons, Richard Holcombe Kilbourne and Walter Heath Kilbourne, and by her brother, Dr. Samuel F. Dennard, Jr.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Holcombe Kilbourne (Aug 30, 1912-Mar 10,1998); her parents, Nan Lee Holt and Sam F. Dennard; her daughter Nancy Dennard Kilbourne; and her sister, Agnes D. Kirkland. A service in her memory will be announced at a later date.
