Fred Grinney aka Einar Frederick Grine (Grinney) was born in Hale, Tremp County, WI to Ole Olson Grine and August Nelson Grine.

He lived in the Hale and Unity townships, near present day Strum from at least 1880-1908.

He married Alma Thronson of Strum, WI and they had at least two children: Arthur and Myra while living in North Dakota. They divorced and Alma remarried.

1. Arthur O Grinney remained with mother and eventually adopted his stepfather's last name of Talmadge.
1909-1960

2. Myra Evelyn Grinney married William Bennett and lived in ND.
1912-1991

In 1930 Fred lived in Minneapolis. There is a death record for him in Hennepin County. Thus far, I am unable to find obit.

Cemetery ALSO lists father Ole Grinne and Augusta Grinne. Fred's brother Henry is buried in Osseo.
