JENIA, Elda Betty age 96, of Jacksonburg, was called home by her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born March 4, 1915 in Morgan County, Kentucky, to Samuel "Mick" and Viola Potter. She is survived by her children, Betty L. Caudill, Garry (Judy) Jenia, and Mary Charlotte (Richard) Rothfuss; a sister, Elsie Tyree of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, and a brother, William Potter of Middletown. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Paula (Doug) Hale, Gary (Leese) Jenia, Rick Rothfuss and Christy (Aaron) Deaton, and nine great-grandchildren, Brandon, Whitney, Kai, Kaitlyn, Michael, Logan, Samantha, Luke and Thomas; and by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Elda was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Lynn Boyd Jenia; a daughter, Shirley Jenia; her grandson, Michael L. Caudill; and five brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be from 12 noon until 2:00 PM Saturday, March 19, at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home, with services immediately following at 2 PM, officiated by Pastor Charles McKinney. Interment will take place in Butler County Memorial Park. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Dr. Mark Frazer, and the staffs at Mt. Pleasant, Atrium Medical Center, and Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties for their guidance, support and compassion. The family suggests memorial contributions in Elda's honor to Hospice of Butler/Warren County, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Franklin OH 45005, or to a charity of choice.
