Kyle Alexander Lazarchik, age 14 months of McKinney, TX, passed away October 15, 2005 at Children's Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He was born on August 10, 2004 in Plano, TX to Michael Lawrence and Cheryl René (Totten) Lazarchik. Kyle is survived by his mother and father, René and Michael Lazarchik; identical twin brother, Ryan Blake Lazarchik; and sister, Alyssa Leighanne Lazarchik all of McKinney; grandparents, Thomas and Toni Lazarchik of Pennsylvania, Clarette (Fox) Davis of Washington, Don and Paula Robertson of Dallas, Robert Bruce Burnett of Alaska and James Michael Totten of Texas; great-grandparents, Clair Jay Fox of Washington, Eva (Grist) Warner of California, and Herbert Totten of Texas; aunts and uncles, Dana (Robertson) Shoaf of Washington, Steven Robertson of Arizona, Camille (Burnett) Trent, Brian Burnett, Riley Burnett, Reece Burnett, all of Alaska, Tom Lazarchik and Andrew Lazarchik of Pennsylvania; and many cousins and other loving relatives. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Chapel, 2801 Eldorado Parkway in McKinney. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.
