(1883 - 1946)

George Jaworsky, 62, a lifelong resident of this city, died Friday night at his home, 1129 South 15th street, following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Pfeffer funeral home and at 9:30 at St. Boniface Catholic church with the Rev. Alfred Pritzl officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

Born in 1884, Mr. Jaworsky lived in Manitowoc his entire life time and was employed at the Rahr Malting company the past 20 years. He married the former Barbara Kozina in June, 1908. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters.

Survivors are his wife; one son, George of St. Petersburg, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Hosfeld of Watertown, Mrs. Emil Stehlik of Milwaukee and Mrs. Walter Westphal of Waukesha and two grandchildren.

The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home where the body will lie in state from 10 a.m. Sunday until the time of the services.
