He was born March 9, 1923, in Scott Depot, a son of the late Walter and Satchie Myers Tucker.
Toss retired as a steel worker from True Temper Corporation with 35 years service. He enjoyed roaming the woods and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Toss is survived by his loving wife, Rowena "Jean" Tucker; son, Michael Tucker of Hurricane; daughter and son-in-law, Brenda Sue and Robert Mash of Scott Depot; and sister, Christine Dudding of Scott Depot. He is also survived by three grandsons, Jeffrey Michael and Brent Clayton Davis, and Eric William Tucker; two granddaughters, Christine and Nicole Davis; and three great-grandchildren, Ryan, Tristen, and Gauge.
Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday April 17, 2006, at Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans, with the Rev. Robert Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in the memorial park.
There will be no visitation.
