Albert P. Junk, age 7, of 400 East Reed Ave., Manitowoc, died Tuesday afternoon, September 29, 1992, at the family residence.

Funeral services will be Friday, October 2, 1992, at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, and 10 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be concelebrated by the Rev. Jeff Vanden Heuvel, Rev. Gerald Foley and the Rev. William Zimmer Entombment will be at Calvary Chapel Mausoleum, Manitowoc.

He was born June 29, 1915, in the Town of Centerville, Manitowoc County, son of the late Andrew and Mary Zinkel Junk. He was employed with the Mirro Aluminum Co. for 36 years until his retirement in 1979. He married Florence Noworatzky on September 3, 1938 at St. Fidelas Catholic Church, Town of Meeme, Manitowoc County. He was a member of the Holy Innocents Catholic Church, and an honorary member of St. Joseph's Holy Name Society, Alverno.

Survivors include his wife, Florence; four sons and daughters-in-law, Stanley A. and Mary Kay Junk, Manitowoc, Allan and Darlene Junk, Calif., Wayne and Karen Junk, Osman, Paul and Pam Junk, Daytona Beach, Fla.; four daughters and sons-in-law, Diane and Roger Lothrope, Ala., Clare and Robert Schuette, Manitowoc, Jane and Gregory Schuette, Manitowoc, Lynn and William Sweetman, Kissimimee, Fla.; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Edward and Ann Junk, Manitowoc , Norbert Junk, Milwaukee, Marvin and Mabel Junk, Manitowoc; one sister and brother-in-law, Josephine and Lawrence Wagner, Sheboygan; 22 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by an infant brother.

Friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-6 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. lead by Deacon Donald Schneider.

A special thank you is given to the North End Drug Hospice Program for their special help and care that was given to our husband and father during his illness.
