Cody Burl Applegate passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014, at his home in Park City, Utah. Born April 13, 1989, in Salt Lake City Utah, the son of Burl Applegate, Jr., and Tabitha Ann Clevenger.
Cody had a smile and a laugh that could brighten anyone's bad day. Cody had many hobbies that he loved and was great at: including tattooing, drawing, snowboarding, skateboarding and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his siblings. He also enjoyed the quality time that he spent with his nephews, Parker and Payton.
Cody was the most giving and generous person. If he knew you were in need he would have given you the shirt off of his back. His love for his friends was endless and his love for his family was selfless.
Cody was such a talented person. No matter what he attempted, whether it was work, play or hobbies, he always wanted to be the best. He excelled and succeeded at all he did with ease.

Also, survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews Parker and Payton, and too many friends to count.
