Death came to Albert Kohn, pioneer settler of Centerville Sunday evening when he passed away after a short illness, aged 72.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9 o’clock from St. George’s church.
Mr. Kohn was born in Germany October 25, 1854 to Martin Kohn & Anna Quabe-Kohn.
The family immigrated to the USA about 1863, settling in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin.
Had been a resident of Manitowoc county for many years.
Married June 21, 1887 Bertha Jackl, the couple had 8 children together; 4 sons & 4 daughters.
He is survived by his widow, four sons, Frank, of Wyoming, Martin, Albert and George of Milwaukee and four daughters, Mrs. L. Bretl, Michigan, Mrs. J. Holsenand Mrs. L. Saxton, Milwaukee and Miss Theresa at home.
One sister, Mrs. John Wagner, this city, also survives.
