CASE.- Near Roy, Washington, at his residence, April 7, 1901, A.J . Case, aged 59 years, 11 months and 3 days.
Andrew Jackson Case was born in LaGrange county, Ind. At the age of twenty years he enlisted in the army to fight for the freedom of our country. Shortly after he joined the army he was converted and became a soldier of the cross of Christ. After he returned home from serving his country he united in church fellowship with the church of God on Four Mile creek, Kansas, to which he has been faithful ever since.
He was married in the year 1873 to this union four children were born, three sons and one daughter. Two sons and the daughter preceded him to the glory world. He leaves a wife and one son to mourn his loss. Though they mourn, they mourn not as those who have no hope.
Interment in the Roy cemetery. Funeral services were conducted by M.E. Buckbee, assisted by the writer P. Buckbee
