Survivors includes his parents, Hubert and Bridgette Bennett, Jr. of Byron; sister, Christy Peterson (Chris) of Hawkinsville; fianc'ee, Jamie Lynn Swain and her daughter, Amie Lynn Swain of Warner Robins; step sister, Chelsea Bennett of Byron; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Bennett, Sr. of Hawkinsville. He was preceded in death by his mother, Tiny Bennett.
