Harry E. Pinnick, 66, of Shelmar Trailer Park, Wooster, died Monday evening at Cleveland Clinic Hospital.

Services will be Thursday at 3 p.m. at McIntire Funeral Home with the Rev. Roger Tschiegg, Chapel of Peace, officiating. Burial will be at Apple Creek Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

He was born in Ohio in 1915 and married the former Ethel Fry, who survives. He was a truck driver for Rexroth Corp from 1953-1981 and during World War II was a medic in the Army, serving in the Burma-China-India Theater.

He was a member of VFW Chaplain Kieffer Post of Wooster, Wayne County Coon Hunters Association, a patron member of Wooster Eagles Lodge, a life member of the U.A.W. and a 37-year member of Wilbur Welty Post in Apple Creek.

Surviving in addition to his wife are three daughters, Harriet (Susie) Pinnick, Mrs. Earl Jon (Lia Rose) Crites and Mitzie Pinnick, all of Wooster; three step-daughters, one step-son and two grandchildren.

Services for Harry E. Pinnick were held Thursday. Military Rites were performed by Apple Creek Legion and VFW.

Pallbearers were Linus Marthey, Norman Glasgow, Al and J.E. Parker, Myron Musser and Mart Boldman.
