Mr. Bryant is the son of John William and Ila Eulalah Bryant.
As a child Mr. Bryant's parents relocated from Orange County to Imperial County followed by returning to Orange County.
During Hunting Seasons before 1942, Mr. Bryant, his older brother John William Bryant Jr., his father John William Bryant Sr. and his brother-in-law William R Loewen brought home 8-10 deer for their winter meat. They also hunted big cats for bounty money. Sometimes relatives and friends accompanied them.
Mr. Bryant and his first wife had one child. They raised their son together in Santa Ana, California. There, their son attended Edison Grammar School and Lathrop Junior High.
Up to 1965, Mr. Bryant and his older brother John William Bryant collected and distributed useful necessities to the western Indian Reservations yearly.
The deceased was employed as a police officer and county maintenance department officer. After retirement, Mr. Bryant relocated to Doyle, Lassen County, California with his second wife.
Mr. Bryant's mother, father, first wife and several of his half siblings preceded him in death. The deceased is survived by his second wife, son, 3-grandsons, 1grand daughter, several nephews, nieces, a married sister and a married brother.
Funeral services were held at his second wife's home located in Doyle, CA.
Mr. Bryant was a greatly loved father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He is dearly missed by all that knew him.
