Ruth T. Holsen, 84, former village of Cleveland resident, went home to her Lord on Friday, July 13,2O12 at Care - Age of Brookfield, Brookfield, Wisconsin.

She was born February 2, 1928, in Milwaukee, the daughter of the late John W. and Helen E. Kohn Holsen.

Ruth is a graduate of Messmer High School in Milwaukee.

Ruth moved to Cleveland with her family after graduation and was employed by the Kohler Company of Kohler Wisconsin as a precision control inspector. Ruth was a member of St. Wendel Catholic Church in Cleveland, where she gave lovingly, hours of her time in service to her Lord.

Ruth is survived by her sister-in-law, Marilyn Kohn, Milwaukee; one nephew, Daniel James Kohn, one niece, Colleen Joy Kohn, both of Milwaukee, one great-niece, Christine, one great-nephew, Kenneth, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Daniel George Kohn.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, July 19,2012, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 8100 Brunner Rd., Newton, Wisconsin.

Father David Zimmerman will be celebrant of the mass and burial will follow at St. Wendel Catholic Cemetery in the village of Cleveland. Buried with her parents, as she never married.

Friends may call at the church of Thursday, from 10 a.m. until the hour of service. The Stoltenberg Funeral Chapel of Cleveland, is assisting the family with these funeral arrangements. The family of Ruth wishes to thank, Care - Age of Brookfield and Hospice Advantage for their compassion and loving care. A memorial fund has been established in Ruth's name.
