---Barb was born on March 3, 1940 in Homer to Russell and Bernadine (Smith) Day. She attended Albion Schools. Her marriage to Sandy Goodman ended in divorce.
---Barb was a school bus driver for the Marshall Public Schools for 27 years. She retired in 2000. Before she drove school bus, she worked for Schuler's Restaurant and Kroger's in the meat department. Barb was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Albion. She enjoyed working on photo albums and on her computer.
---She is survived by her children, Connie Farmer of Albion, Cindy (Rodney) McFadden of Marshall, and Cheryl (William) Richards of Burlington;eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Sandra (Phillip) Konkle of Albion; and a brother Don Day of Sandusky, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers Jim Day and Russell Day Jr.
---Visitation will take place at the Craig Kempf Family Funeral Homes, 723 US 27 North on Sunday December 14, 2014 from 1-7pm with family present to greet friends from 1-3pm and 5-7pm. Funeral services celebrating her life will take place at 11am on Monday December 15, 2014 at the Craig Kempf Family Funeral Homes, Marshall Chapel with Pastor Larry Anglemyer Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Oakridge Cemetery. Memorial contribution in Barb's memory are requested to Oaklawn Hospital. Assistance with memorials is available at the Kempf Funeral Home.
