Ann is the name given as William Bischoff's wife in the book: The Commemorative Biographical Encyclopedia of Dauphin County, Pa, 1896, by RUNK & COMPANY, page 58.
She is also confirmed as the wife of William Bischoff in her husband's will, dated Jan. 12, 1779, which was proved March 25, 1783. William notes his wife Anna with much affection, going to great lengths to make sure she is provided for after his death, even down to her garments. He then names her as co-executor of his estate along with their son Christopher.
