A few Days ago a melancholy Accident happen'd in Talbot County to Master MATTHEW WARD TILGHMAN, a very hopeful Youth, eldest Son to Mr. MATTHEW TILGHMAN, one of the Repre-fenstives for that County; He was running juft behind a Cart, when one of the Wheels run over the end of a Piece of Wood, which flung it round with fush Force that it broke one of his Legs, of which he foon after died.
