"Mrs. Mary Warren, aged 81, of Cooperstown, died in the Clark Nursing Home in Richfield Springs on Wednesday, February 22, where she had been a patient for 10 days. She was born March 27 1879, at Cooperstown, the daughter of Lee and Ella (Bowne) Cruttenden. She was married to Russel Warren on November 1 1911, in Cooperstown. He died February 17, 1947. Mr. Warren was a Town of Otsego Justice of the Peace for many years. Mrs. Warren was a member of Christ Episcopal Church of Cooperstown; Otsego Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution and a former member of the Cooperstown Woman's Club. Surviving are a stepson, Leslie B. Warren of St. Petersburg, Fla.; three step-grandchildren; a niece, Mrs. Philip Cleland of West Redding, Conn.; and one great-niece, Elizabeth Story Cleland of West Redding. Funeral services were held at 11 a. m. on Saturday from the Ingalls Funeral Home in Cooperstown, with the Rev. George F. French, rector of Christ Episcopal Church, officiating.
