Miss Helen Nuhs, 21, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Nuhs who has been
suffering from a nervous breakdown and a complication of diseases for
the past eight months passed away at her home at Manitowoc Rapids last
night.
Miss Nuhs through her pleasing personality had won a wide circle of
friends who will mourn her loss. She was born at Manitowoc Rapids
June 17, 1909 and attended the school at Rapids and for several years
she held a position at the Aluminum Specialty Company.
The deceased is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Nuhs, three
brothers, Lester, William and John Jr., at home, Mrs. Clarence Schuber
of Milwaukee and Miss Pauline Nuhs also at home. Funeral services will
be held on Saturday morning at eight thirty o'clock from the home and
at nine o'clock from the St. Paul's Catholic church with Rev. Martin
Jaekels officiating. Interment will take place at Calvary cemetery.
