Frank was born March 2, 1928 in Memphis to the late Frank Repult Sr. and Prudence Stone Repult.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Frank was a veteran as he served in the United States Marine Corps being honorably discharged in June of 1947. He graduated from Georgia Tech in 1952 and 1953 with degrees in Architecture and Structural Engineering.
Frank practiced Architecture throughout the mid-south for 30+ years, most of which was through his own Architectural firm in Memphis. Frank was best known for planning and designing beautiful churches, chapels, synagogues, and schools, including schools for the disabled.
He was a proud member of Bellevue Baptist Church, American Institute of Architects and Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Barbara Herbert Repult, his parents and a sister Mary Louise Creekmore.
