Colleen M. (Cleary) Jones, 72, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 21, 2014, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was predeceased by her parents, Peter & Margaret Cleary; and her son, William Mann. She is survived by her best friend and devoted husband of 38 years, Ronald R. Jones; five children, Julia Mann, Rebecca Mann, John Mann, Suzanne & Glendon Snider and Carolyn & Darrell Dean; 3 step-children, William Jones, Ronald Jones and James Jones; 14 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, James & Sue Cleary; daughter-in-law, Christy Mann; good friends of many years, Ann Wood and Diane Price. Colleen loved all of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her family with all of her heart. She loved to shop, cook, garden and gamble. She will be sorely missed by her family and her many friends. The family would like to express gratitude to Rev. Matt & Anne Kennedy for all of their prayers and comfort. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 27, 2014, at the Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd, 356 Conklin Ave., Binghamton, NY, with Rev. Matt Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc., 96 Glenwood Ave., Binghamton.
