Faris Karl Otto, 51, of Rt. 2, Manitowoc, died at 3 a.m. Wednesday at home following an illness of 18 months.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John Landowski will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
He was born June 8, 1912, at Amery, Wis., son of the late Charles and Minnie Mundt Otto, and came to the Town of Manitowoc Rapids, Manitowoc County, with his parents when a child. He was a graduate of Manitowoc Business College and had been a rural delivery driver for the Manitowoc Herald-Times for 22 years. He also farmed.
Mr. Otto married Della Fischer Oct. 12, 1940, at Manitowoc. She survives along with a brother, Russell Otto, of Rt. 2, Cato, and nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
