Walter S. Osieczanek, 72, of 1111 Madison St., Manitowoc, died
Thursday at home.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Leschke-Begner
Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
The Rev. Kenneth Frozena will officiate and burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Osieczanek was born Aug. 8, 1898, at Antigo, son of the late Stanley
and Stella Komoroski Osieczanek. He attended schools in Antigo and
had been employed at the Eastman Manufacturing Co. retiring in 1962.
He married Clara Becker Nov. 14, 1921, at Manitowoc. Mr. Osieczanek
was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Mary Church.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Alvin and Allen of Manitowoc,
and Arthur of Englewood, Colol; three daughters, Mrs. Hilary (Georgiana)
Becker and Mrs. Jerome (Alberta) Duellmann of Manitowoc and Mrs.
Phil (Cecelia) Tudor of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; two brothers, Steve of
Iron Mountain, Mich., and John of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Anna
Gomney of Munsing, Mich., and Mrs. Helen Jagodinsky of Manitowoc;
33 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Two brothers and a
sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday where a rosary
will be recited at 7:30 p.m. by Father Frozena.
