George A. Anderson , 60, of 6 Cushing St., a weaver for Health-tex for 23 years before retiring this year because of illness, died yesterday at Memorial Hospital.
Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Elmer and Mabel (Aylward) Anderson , he moved to Cumberland 30 years ago.
Mr. Anderson had also worked for Owens-Corning Fiberglas for 15 years.
He leaves three brothers, William Anderson of Cumberland, Robert Anderson of North Attleboro, Kenneth Anderson of North Kingstown, and five sisters, Myra Anderson , Shirley Petel and Dorothy Traghella, all of Pawtucket, Beverly Anderson of Central Falls and Patricia Beauregard of Attleboro.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 8 a.m. from the William W. Tripp Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, with a service at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Park Place, Pawtucket, at 9. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Pawtucket.
