James Delano Aaron, 64, of Sipsey died Monday, April 3, 2000, at his residence. Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2000, at Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church with burial at the New Hope Cemetery on the Sipsey Cut-off Rd.

He was survived by his wife, Joan Aaron of Pineywoods; two sons, Chris Aaron and his wife, Brenda of Jasper and James D. "Buckshot" Aaron, Jr and his wife Maedene of Pearl, Miss.; two step-daughters, Susan Taylor and Pamela Taylor both of Jasper; three brothers, Warren "Boda" Aaron and William Mack Aaron both of Pineywoods and Ray Aaron of Hammond, Ind.; sister-in-law, Lucy Aaron of Pineywoods; grandchildren, Jimmy Aaron, Jeremy Aaron, Jamie Aaron, and Alisha Aaron all of Jasper and Jonathon Aaron, Amanda Aaron, Krystal Aaron and Brittany Aaron all of Pearl, Miss.; one great-grandson; one aunt and one nephew and a host of nieces.
