Dr. David M. Kelly, 48, of St. Albans died Oct. 9, 2005, at Camp Chief Logan during Fall Fellowship of the Order of the Arrow, an order of the Boy Scouts. He was born April 9, 1957, in Winston-Salem, N.C. and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, his Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee, Health Sciences Memphis, his doctorate of Pharmacy from Mercer University, Atlanta, Ga. and was a board certified nuclear pharmacist with CAMC. He was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church, St. Albans, and was very active in the Boy Scouts of America, having received his Eagle Scout award, was a Vigil Honor member, lodge advisor, Ramp Patrol and Silver Beaver award recipient. He recently served as vice-president of the Buckskin Council Executive Board. Surviving: wife, Debbie Norman Kelly; children, Nathan Kelly, a student at WVU, Lauren Kelly, a student at St. Albans High School; mother, Nancy M. Kelly Biggs and her husband, Odie Biggs of Bristol, Tenn.; sister, Shannon Lowe of Blain, Tenn.; brother, Kevin Kelly of Bristol, Tenn.
