Mrs. Quade was born Nov 5, 1898 in Kenesaw. She moved to Hastings in 1907. She attended Hastings schools and graduated from Hastings Senior High. She also attended Hastings College.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Ladies Aide and was active in Lutheran Women Missionary League.
Survivors are two grandchildren.

Anna Louisa Katharena Quade was born November 5, 1898 in Jackson County, Indiana the daughter of Frank and Eloise Bohlke Quade.
Rena moved to Hastings, Nebraska in 1907.She graduated from Hastings High School attended Hastings College.
She moved to Perkins Pavillion Good Samaritan Village in 1988. Rena fell asleep December 14, 1992 at Mary Lanning Hospital at the age of 94 years, 1 month, and 9 days. She was preceded in death by her son, Rev, Quintin Quade November 10, 1971.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Dorothy Quade of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and two grandsons, John Quade and Timothy Quade both of Cedar Rapids.
Burial in Parkview Cemetery.
