Janie R. Hadlick, of Kirkwood, 60, went to be with the Lord on June 18, 2014. She was predeceased by her father, Robert Wolford. She is survived by her mother, Ruth Wolford; children, Michelle and Rick Penny and Steven and Brenda Hadlick; grandchildren, Mariah, Justin, Caitlin and Aiden; siblings, Eugene (Barbara) Wolford, Barton (Lyla) Wolford and Robert (Sandy) Wolford; several nieces, nephews; and special friend, Cathy Slater. Janie enjoyed taking cruises, time spent at the beach, camping, garage saling, baking, reading, and most of all time spent with her grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the West Windsor Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Knox Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 23, 2014. from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, NY.
