DEATHS AND FUNERALS.
Henry T. VanDeusen.
The funeral of Henry T. VanDeusen was held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home of his son, Frank L. VanDeusen, at 144 Pine Street. The attendance of relatives and friends was very large, and the large number of floral offerings attested the esteem in which he was held. The services were conducted by Rev. B. M. Nyce, assisted by Rev. H. J. Watkins. Selections were given by Mrs. Charles Wendell and Mrs. A. S. Cook. The following acted as bearers: John Hartwell, Coomer B. Shaw, J. Adam Coon, James Clifford, James Atwater and Donald Olson. Burial was in the family lot at Cold Springs.

THE VANDEUSEN MONUMENT
This is a 8' tall polished black granite obelisk mounted on a grey granite base. It is one of the nicest monuments in this part of the cemetery. It is in perfect condition as of 2014.
