Edith W. (Warren) Imlach, 82, of East Bridgewater died peacefully on Jan. 1. Edith was the loving daughter of the late Basil S. and Esther W. (Bicknell) Warren and grew up in Weymouth. She was a graduate of Weymouth High School, Class of 1949, and from Pierce Secretarial School, Boston, in 1950.

She worked as a legal secretary for the Plymouth County Clerk of Courts and later for the Sherriffs Department under Sherriffs Lynewood (SP) Snow and Peter Flynn. She and her husband enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and cruised many places around the world. She was very active in local town politics and was a proud member of the East Bridgewater Republican Town Committee. She was also a 50-year member and a past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star, belonging to the Brockton Chapter and Pilgrim Chapter.
