Dorothy M. Prickett, 66, of 720 S. 21st St., Manitowoc, died Friday evening, June 19, 1987, at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 11 am at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Ronald Reimer will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Mrs. Prickett was born April 13, 1921 at Kewaunee, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Fictum Kustka. She was married to Joseph Prickett, January 9, 1945 at San Diego, California. He preceded her in death June 16, 1979. Mrs. Prickett graduated from Holy Family School of Nursing in 1942 and was employed with Holy Family Medical Center until her retirement in 1983.
Survivors include a son, Paul Prickett of Manitowoc; five daughters and three sons-in-law, Susan and Rev. Mark Krueger of Zanbia, Africa, Mary Jo and Jerry Hason of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, Judy Prickett of Milwaukee, Patti and Danny Greica of Manitowoc and Christine Prickett of Manitowoc; a brother and sister-in-law, Arnold and Shirley Kustka of Kewaunee; a sister, Frances Malczewski of Kewaunee and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 7 pm to 9 pm this Sunday, where a prayer service will be 8 pm by Deacon William Klein.
