Mrs. Lafoucade was a parishioner of St. John the Baptist Church in Folsom, LA. She was very devoted to her church. Mrs. Lafourcade loved to garden and cook. She was a very giving person and loved taking care of her family and friends. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Mrs. Lafourcade's family would like to thank the staff of Forest Manor Nursing Home and Notre Dame Hospice for their wonderful care and compassion.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM with A Funeral Mass to follow at 1:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home's Chapel. Interment will be in Garden of Memories cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Masses may be offered or memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
