Mrs. Wagner, observing this a little later, took it to the shop and on arrival, found his collapsed in a chair. He was taken to an apartment nearby and Dr. C. M. Wilson summoned. Mr. Wagner was able to recognize his wife and other, but soon lapsed into unconsciousness and never rallied. He was born August 6, 1857.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church, and Franklin Lodge No. 110, BPO Elks.

Surviving, besides his wife, is a son, Joseph Wagner, of Alliance, OH; and a brother, William Wagner of Chicago.

Services will be Saturday afternoon with Rev. S. S. Clark in charge.
