BOGDAN, Joseph Harvey, born April 1, 1940, went to Heaven on January 2, 2015. He was beloved by his wife of 51 years, Beverly; his daughters, Lisa Foster (Steve), Robin Bastin (Max) and Cheryl Finch (John); and his grandchildren, Rachel, Ian, Caleb and Joel. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Annie Bogdan; and his sister, Christine Hicks. Joe was retired from the U.S. Navy and Circuit City, and was a Redskins fan through thick and thin. Visitation will be at Nelsen Funeral Home on Laburnum from 12 to 2 p.m. Thursday, January 8, followed by the service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Mark Thomas officiating.
