Succumbs At Winlock
WINLOCK - Philip P. Heaward, 73, a Winlock resident for 21 years, died Wednesday morning at his home.
Mr. Heaward was born July 13, 1886, in *Lincolnville, Maine. He was a retired restaurant owner and a lifetime member of the Kelso Elks lodge.
In addition to his widow, Nellie, at home, the deceased is survived by one son, Walter, [of] Beaver; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Collemer and Mrs. Flora Mae *Oxtou [OXTON], Lincolnville; three brothers, William, Houston, Tex.; Robert, Pasadena, Calif.; and James, Augusta, Maine, one grandchild, and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m., at the Cattermole chapel in Winlock with Dr. Fred T. Lucas officiating. Interment will be at the Winlock cemetery.
