Joseph was born to Jack and Virginia Brescia on September 16, 1943 in Columbus, GA.
Joseph was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served 20 years in the United States Air Force until he retired as a Master Sergeant.
Joseph and Kenna are survived by their four children, Lynn, Michael (Darlene), Mark (Rachel) and Kevin; five grandchildren, Katelynn, AJ, Nicholas, Jacob and Faryn; and siblings, Virginia (Bobby) Johnston, John (Pam) Brescia and Paul (Patty) Brescia.
