Jerome E. Arnoldi, 91, of the Town of Sheboygan Falls, died Wednesday afternoon, April 26, 2006 at Morningside Health Care Center where he had resided since January.

Jerome was born on March 21, 1915 in the Town of Sheboygan Falls, the son of the late Louis and Elsie (Boll) Arnoldi. He attended school in Sheboygan Falls. On August 26, 1938 he married the late Evelyn Goetsch in Elkhart Lake. She preceded him in death on May 26, 1978. On January 27, 1979 Jerome married the former Grace (Schreurs) Soerens DeMaster in Cedar Grove.

Jerome was owner and operator of Arnoldi Poultry Farm and Hatchery for many years. He was known as a leghorn breeder, hatchery man, and egg producer. Jerome loved fishing, hunting, playing cards, and getting together with family and friends.

Jerome was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in the Town of Sheboygan Falls where he held various offices. He also served on a local school board and served as commissioner of the Sheboygan County Condemnation Board for 16 years.

Jerome is survived by his wife, Grace, a resident at Harmony Living Center in Sheboygan; two sons, Lewis (Marilyn) Arnoldi of Bellevue, Washington, and David (Maureen) Arnoldi of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; two granddaughters, Christine (Ron) Lencioni and Linda Arnoldi; three step daughters, Joyce (Harold) Van Stelle of Sheboygan, Shirley (Wayne) Wieberdink of Cedar Grove, and Mary (Wayne) Ebbers of Oostburg; two step sons, Elwood "Woody" (LaVerne) Soerens of Sheboygan Falls, and Dennis (Marcia) Soerens of Cedar Grove; 16 step grandchildren; many step great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Jerome was preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn; a son, Gary Arnoldi, and one sister, Marion Lemkuil.Funeral services will be held at St. Luke Lutheran Church in the Town of Sheboygan Falls at 10:30 am, on Monday, May 1, 2006 with the Rev. Elizabeth Jaeger officiating.

Burial will follow at St. Lucas Lutheran Cemetery.Friends may call at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Sunday from 4-7 pm, and at church, on Monday from 9:30 am until the time of service. A memorial fund is being established in his memory for St. Luke Lutheran Church.
