Mary E. Robertson, 66, of Littlestown, passed away at home on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2003. She was the wife of David L. Robertson. Born Aug. 15, 1937, she was the daughter of the late James and Dorothy (Lemmon) Harner. She was a 1955 graduate of Littlestown High School. 'Mom' to all who knew her, she was a waitress at Hillcrest Restaurant for many years before retiring in 1999. She enjoyed country music, the hills and trees in West Virginia and Tennessee, slot machines, and traveling. Some of Mom's favorite hobbies included collecting Santa Claus figurines, Beanie Babies, Cabbage Patch Kids, and butterflies.
She also enjoyed jigsaw puzzles. Mom's love of family and friends was far reaching and a constant inspiration to those close to her. Surviving are her sons, Jim, Joby and Jeff Stauffer; her stepchildren, Wayne, Warren, Steve and Brenda Robertson; her sisters, Snook (Barbara) Unger and Cindy Ferree; and grandchildren, Ryan, Jessica, Shane, Bailey and Brady Stauffer, Brooke Mullhausen, Derrick, Darren, Aundrea, Aaron, Justine and Grant Robertson. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby and Johnny Harner.
