Mrs. Filista Edwards Drunert passed away at her home Monday morning in Jonesburg at 9:45, aged 81 years. She was married to A. H. Drunert, a young lawyer, in May, 1887. There were no children in this family, but they raised their two nephews, Cecil and Murray Young. The deceased leaves three brothers of a family of nine children, namely: Van and Bruce of Jonesburg and Tom of Salisbury. Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock conducted by Rev. Hornback, and her body was laid to rest in the City Cemetery.
