Edwin R. Flagler, 86, of 15 Lemon Tree Circle, Vacaville, CA., died Saturday in his home. He was a resident of Vacaville for four and one half years. Before moving here, he made his home in Rochester, N.Y.
Mr. Flagler was a veteran of World War I and served in France with Base Hospital No. 19. He was a past commander of the Slager American Legion Post in Rochester and a member of the Red Jacket Lodge No. 646 F & AM, Lockport, N.Y. for 53 years.
He is survived by his widow, Laura, a son, William of Vacaville, a brother, Frank of Utica, N.Y., five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Private services were held at the McCune Garden Chapel. Private interment.
