Edward Acena passed away on December 27, 2014 at the age of 71 after a long illness.
He was a devoted father who passed on his love of fishing to his children.
He retired from the City of Seattle.
Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Pearl Acena.
He is survived by his children, Shannon, Gabriel and Jenna Acena; his grandchildren, Natasha Neal and Mia; his previous wife, Georgia; his brothers, Ron (Sherry), Terry (Sharon), Ken (Drena) and sister, Jadine (Michael Murphy) and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A gathering will be held at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum on Monday, January 19 at 10:30am.
