ELYRIA – Benjamin F. Bellisario IV., 35, of Elyria passed away at home Monday August 29, 2011 following a long illness. He was born December 24, 1975 in Lorain, and was a 1994 Lorain High School graduate. Benjamin had worked at Cleveland Coca-Cola Bottling Company as a salesman and at The Unicorn Restaurant in Grafton as a chef. He was a member of Mary Mother of God Parish in Lorain. Benjamin enjoyed time with family, fishing, cooking and was a gifted handyman. Survivors include his wife; Jennifer L. (nee: Rogers), three daughters; Courtney N. Bellisario of VA, Kara M. Rogers and Sierra D. Bellisario both of Elyria, a son; Benjamin F. Belllisario VI of Elyria, and a sister; Valerie Barnette (Mike) of Lorain.Benjamin was preceded in death by a son; Benjamin F. Bellisario V and his parents; Benjamin F. III and Kathryn (nee: Schulllick) Bellisario.Friends may call 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Saturday September 3, 2011 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57) Elyria (440)322-4626 where funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon following visitation. Rev. Fr. Daniel O. Divis, Pastor will officiate. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to The Bellasario Children in care of the funeral home.
