She was the daughter of the late Amos C. and Lydia Ann (Kauffman) Ogburn.
Mrs. Collins was a member of Masontown Mennonite Church, Masontown.
Her husband, Walter D. Collins, departed this life in 1997 and she was also predeceased by a daughter, Linda DeLuca. She is survived by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a sister, Mary R. Hartman of Gettysburg; and two brothers, Walter Ogburn of Biglerville and Earl Ogburn of Hopewell, VA.
